Kelly is the Founder of Allora Collective, a career manager with two decades of experience, and a relocation strategist for expats and digital nomads in the US, Europe and LATAM. After building talent programs for startups and global companies she created Allora Collective. She coaches people 1:1 and partners with companies to customize workshops and coaching packages for teams.
Chez Jennings
Chez helps people level up their careers in tech. She is passionate about helping people find opportunities for career advancement and accelerating their career development. As an inclusive coach, she helps people explore the career paths where they belong and she strengthens the voice of her community. She has worked with talent from early careers to leadership hiring in the US and Canada.
Rachel Meda
Rachel has lived and worked in the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Bangkok, Thailand and Paris, France while hiring across the markets of Europe, Dubai, APAC, South America and South Africa. She speaks fluent French and English and specializes in expat careers, and relocation job searches.
Isabel Dorado
Isabel has traveled to more than 30 countries as a Digital Nomad, hiring global talent for Tech, Product, Data and Operations, across Europe, LATAM,and India. Her native language is Spanish, is fluent in English and specializes in tech careers and transitioning to digital nomadism.
