Working with the right career coach can help you make the change you want in your life or it can leave you stuck exactly where you are and most people will work with more than one coach throughout their career. Working with a career coach is an investment. Investing in yourself puts you in charge of your career.

Working with career coaches is an actionable relationship. We help you move forward towards your goals and understand what is needed to reach them. While coaches can help you set goals, it is key that you communicate to us what you want or need and what you like or dislike so we can help design the roadmap to get there. The depth of a coach’s experience and ability to empathize with your situation is very important. You are not a product. You are not one size fits all. The best coaches will adapt and personalize strategic plans for you that you can execute simply and that you feel comfortable with.
Our team of career coaches are cross-functional and cross-cultural to support your needs across career change, remote work transitions or strategic relocation with our collective experience. Some of our design clients enjoy deep dive portfolio reviews with our UX specialist Jill and interview preparation with Kelly. Joseph’s experience in Silicon Valley lends insight into how to break into a career in tech and how to level up among the competition to help you map your options while Kelly can help you find leverage in your background to make that career change or pivot.

While we offer pay as you go hourly sessions, our subscription plans are what make us special. These subscriptions give you the flexibility to control the frequency and length of your support and allow you to work with anyone on our team. You can choose to schedule the time included in your plan in 30 or 60 minute sessions with any coach. Learn more about the other subscription only features on our website.
Our coaches can advise on the best plan to meet your needs during the free strategy session we offer (book yours from our website!) and help you decide the focus of those sessions. Sessions range from reviewing resumes and/or portfolio’s, interview prep, developing a strategy to change your career, techniques to adapt to remote work and exploration of options to research and plan a strategic relocation. We work with talent across the technology space and support those in talent acquisition or recruitment.
